Eden’s Waitlist

At Eden Apartments, we are a community housing community, which means people are moving in and out all the time. Many of our future residents like to plan ahead, and our waitlist makes it easy to do just that.

For example, let’s say you are hoping to move in April 2026. The first step is to explore your favorite floorplans on our website. On the photos and tour tab, you can even take a 3D tour of the apartment to get a real feel for the space. When you are ready, come visit us in person! We would love to show you the ins and outs of your future home.

Eden’s waitlist works a little differently than other apartments in Rexburg. Instead of everyone waiting for one specific apartment to open up, we have several apartments become available each month. Our leases are flexible, and residents provide us with their 60-day notice when they are ready to move out. That is when we know exactly which apartments will be available.

To join the waitlist, simply submit your application, pay the security deposit of $250, and the application fee of $40 per applicant over the age of 18. We will then add you to the waitlist for your preferred floorplan. As soon as a unit matching your preference becomes available, we will give you a call. You are also welcome to check in with us occasionally, but please keep in mind that we cannot guarantee availability, and typically we know about which apartments will open up about 60 days before your approximate move-in date.
