Where Your Mail Goes
All standard mail is delivered by USPS directly to your assigned mailbox in the clubhouse mailroom. When you move in, you're given two mail keys to access your box. If you're having trouble with your keys or need a replacement, stop by the leasing office and we’ll be happy to help.
Please remember: the mailboxes and parcel lockers are property of the U.S. Postal Service. This means USPS manages delivery and access—so if there are issues with your package or a misdelivered letter, you’ll want to reach out directly to your local post office.
What Are Parcel Lockers?
Parcel lockers are extra-secure mailboxes designed for packages that are too big to fit in your standard mailbox. If USPS delivers a package that doesn’t fit in your mailbox, they’ll place it in a parcel locker and leave a special key in your box. That key will open the parcel locker holding your package.
Larger Packages? Delivered to Your Door
If a package is too large for even the parcel locker, or if it’s being shipped through FedEx, UPS, or Amazon, it will be delivered directly to your apartment door. Be sure to include your apartment number on all deliveries so drivers can find you without delay.
Important Reminder: The Office Does Not Accept Packages
To keep everything organized and ensure your packages end up in your hands, please note that the leasing office does not accept or hold packages for residents. This includes mail, parcels, groceries, or other deliveries.
