Ready to Party?

Planning a Thanksgiving dinner, birthday party, baby shower, or game night? The clubhouse is the perfect place to bring everyone together! Whether you’re celebrating something big or just want a cozy get-together with friends, reserving an amenity is quick and easy through your Resident Portal.

Simply log in, click on Community, and then Reserve an Amenity. From there, you’ll choose between reserving the Clubroom or the Study Room.

The Study Room is great for smaller gatherings or study sessions and can be reserved for one hour at a time.

The Clubhouse, on the other hand, is perfect for parties and events. Reservations are $75 for a three-hour block, and if you’d like to celebrate a little longer, just stop by the leasing office—each additional hour is $25.

You’re also welcome to arrive 30 minutes early to set up before your reservation starts. If you think you’ll need more time than that, be sure to include it in your reserved hours.

So go ahead—plan that potluck, Friendsgiving, or holiday movie night. The clubhouse is ready for your next celebration!
