|Recommended: YesBeautiful place with an amazing staff — It's the best quality for the money you'll pay. Yes it may be a little more expensive than some other buildings in Rexburg, but you get much better quality of life here than anywhere else.

|Recommended: YesWell maintained, friendly staff, beautiful apartments — My husband and I have been completely impressed with the staff, apartments, gym, patio area, and grounds. This is the first apartment complex where we have felt taken care of and truly cared about. I would highly recommend this complex to anyone with pets too.

|Recommended: YesRoom for improvement — The Eden apartments have many pros and cons. I love that my apartment is new and appears very modern. I hardly hear my neighbors and love the location. The maintenance crew is super on top of things and will get to your requests within a day.
I am not loving the construction that starts promptly at 7 am every morning even though quiet hours are 10pm-8am. We also referred a friend to come live here in hopes to get the referral bonus and were told that we didn’t qualify which made it seem like Eden is a bit money hungry. We are also still waiting on our dog park Overall Eden apartments has some room for improvement but is doing well in many areas.

|Recommended: YesFeels like home — It’s just such a nice apartment. We have a third floor balcony and our view of the sunset is just incredible. Great staff, great amenities. Overall just feels like a home

|Recommended: YesI love living here. I feel very comfortable and at home from the moment I arrived. — It is very quiet. There are a lot of people the same age as my husband and I. We love how everything is new and well maintained. Although there is construction, we cannot hear it from within our home.
