|Recommended: YesNice, clean and spacious. — Living here is great, even though there are a few dogs that make way too much noise. The grounds are well kept, the service maintenance people are really good and quick on repairs or whatever comes up. Something we enjoy are the amenities of free internet, outside grills, and the clubhouse. I was so amazed with how new their gym is, and how friendly people are here.

|Recommended: YesRoom for improvement — The Eden apartments have many pros and cons. I love that my apartment is new and appears very modern. I hardly hear my neighbors and love the location. The maintenance crew is super on top of things and will get to your requests within a day.
I am not loving the construction that starts promptly at 7 am every morning even though quiet hours are 10pm-8am. We also referred a friend to come live here in hopes to get the referral bonus and were told that we didn’t qualify which made it seem like Eden is a bit money hungry. We are also still waiting on our dog park Overall Eden apartments has some room for improvement but is doing well in many areas.
