|Recommended: YesEden is Excellent — Great place to live. The only issue I have is that there are some days where I have to park far away from my apartment. But, I just paid for an assigned spot so that problem is gone. Some people have loud dogs, but that's not the apartments fault.

|Recommended: YesBest complex in Rexburg — My husband and I love living at Eden. We moved here after living at a couple different complexes in Rexburg and Eden is hands down the best. We live in a two bedroom and just the sheer amount of space and storage compared to other complexes is incredible. Not to mention the nice quality of the apartments. Maintenance is always super fast and the management is fantastic. Definitely worth the price and would recommend to everyone.

|Recommended: YesMaintenance response — I want to commend the entire staff for a quick response to a maintenance request today. My toilet wouldn’t stop running so I put in a request for maintenance. They literally were at my door in 10-15 minutes. I believe it was Victor. Very professional and friendly. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it within 5 minutes.
