submitted by Gabriel H. - |Recommended: YesLived here for a few months now and would recommend — Pros Correctly responds to ESAs, very dog friendly Responsive staff Nice apartments Well kept grounds Cons Parking is a nightmare Cheaper appliances and carpets still the nicest I've seen in Rexburg The water smells like there is a dead animal in the pipes I have loved living here. It is pricy for Rexburg, but it is very nice. I never hear my neighbors and it is a wonderful ward. Management seems kind and professional. There seems to be better-priced, larger, apartments that aren't quite this nice here in Rexburg. However, if you have a bigger cash flow it is worth it to live here. I would recommend the Calla.

submitted by Magan S. - |Recommended: YesEden — I like that it is a quiet place to live, there is occasional nights where it's loud from the sauna area but open areas sound carries so it's not an issue. The staff have been great, every interaction they have done everything to help if there was an issue, they answer questions and are very friendly. The only thing I am. It a fan of is it is difficult to split rent between two or more people after it has posted, the payment has to be from one account at that point. Overall I enjoy this complex

We have a nightguard that works for a few hours throughout the night that helps to control the noise volume coming from there. I apologize our system does not allow you to split a rent payment once it has been posted. However, if you would like we can definitely help you set up your account to be on autopay and see if we can get it to pull for a set amount so the other half of the payment can come from a separate account or card. submitted by Lindsey H. - |Recommended: YesLove this place — Staff is very nice and helpful The only issue I have is that people don’t pick up after their pets poop on the side of the building. This however, is not the complex’s fault, it is the residents. The complex actually has something in place where you can turn in the people who fail to pick up after their pets if you know which apartment they are in.

submitted by Spencer H. - |Recommended: YesGreat Apartments to Live In — Overall, there isn't much to complain about, however, my biggest complaint would be the parking. It can be very challenging finding a parking spot whenever I get home. All of the car ports are currently taken, and I've had to park on the other side of the complex sometimes in order to find an empty spot. I see a lot of college kids who don't live here taking up all of the spots by my apartment which can be very frustrating. Sometimes I can hear my neighbors, but that isn't too often and it's generally very quiet. So far, I've really liked my apartment and would recommend it.
