|Recommended: YesVery Modern — The apartments aren't as spacious as they look in the pictures, however my husband and I have found that the small space compliments us well. I love the natural light from the sliding door, you rarely need to have lights on during the day. On the 3rd floor we can hardly ever hear neighbors. Overall we are loving this space

|Recommended: YesWe love our apartment. — Extra costs are ridiculous.. reserving the clubhouse, parking. Parking availability has been hard. We have two babies under the age of two and have had to park super far away from our apartment. There needs To be at least one assigned parking spot per apartment and no extra charge.

|Recommended: YesNo Complaints. — We love living here, the upstairs neighbors are rarely noticeable, and not because they are quiet. The layout is great and it was easy to make it feel like home. There were a few small damages, but nothing horrible. Maintenance and staff is efficient and professional.

From the brand new apartments, the well-managed and fun amenities, and great staff, I have only had positive experiences. I am always telling others that they need to make the switch and live here

|Recommended: YesThe apartments are nice — It is good, Nice place to live with great amenities. Parking is difficult. Maintenance was great, Keep clean, and be an adult and you will do fine.

|Recommended: YesSmall life in Luxury — The amenities alone are well worth the bang for you buck Excellent staff Maintenance takes care of requests same day for us. We have what feels like a large 1 bedroom apartment and it rocks I gave parking 2 stars only because we live right outside the cute little play park and it's rough finding parking anywhere close to our doors.

|Recommended: YesEden Apartments have been a great experience so far. It's a nice and comfortable place to live. — It's very nice and new. we love the layout of our apartment. It's perfect for us. It's a little bit pricey when you add everything up but you pretty much get what you pay for here.
The website might need more improvement - but overall - we would love to stay here for a while

|Recommended: YesIts nice too expensive and contract lengths — I think contract lengths should be more negotiable, this would increase likelihood of others choosing to live here we're college students and sometimes we have to uproot unexpectedly. this would help i think. better snow removal ideas would help as well.

|Recommended: NoWonderful place to live, terrible parking. — We love everything about Eden, except for parking. Parking here is worse then trying to park on campus. Most days I have to park at the club house and walk 4 buildings back to my apartment. And when it's snowing or cold, it's even worse. But we love management and our apartment. It's quiet and cozy and clean here.

|Recommended: YesVery pretty, stop doing construction please — Very great. Good apt. One of the annoying things is the paint within our apt. It peels off and sticks to anything placed on shelves. Also, the stove tops kinda suck but otherwise excellent
