|Recommended: YesWe love Eden — We’ve lived here at Eden for about a year and a half now, and we love it All the staff are always super helpful and friendly. The apartments have been perfect for our little family. My favorite features are the balcony that provides tons of natural light, and the deep soaking bathtub. And my husband loves the high ceilings and tall shower perfect for a 6’ 4” guy
We wouldn’t want to be living anywhere else in Rexburg

|Recommended: YesReally good — It is really awesome. You definitely get what you pay for, so that is why it is a little more pricy, but the amenities are great. I love the grills and jacuzzis. Parking is hard to come by late at night since they are building covered parking, but hopefully, a lot of people jump on that covered parking so we can continue to get it for free.

|Recommended: YesWe Love it Here — Eden has been a great place to live. We love their amenities and the fact that they are pet-friendly. The management is kind and easy to work with too. When we have asked them for help, whether it be with maintenance, advice, or special circumstances, they have always been accommodating. It is nice to live someplace you feel valued. It is so nice to live where people are kind and enjoyable to be around. My only thing is that sometimes parking is hard. They recently put in more covered parking so the amount of free parking is less available. When my husband comes home late at night from work, he usually has a hard time finding a parking spot, or has to park all the way at the other end of the property. I have talked to other people who live here and most agree that they would rather have more free parking than covered parking anyways. But, overall, Eden is by far our favorite complex. It has almost everything you want in an apartment and that is why we choose to stay.

|Recommended: YesThe staff is the best I’ve seen no matter what I needed or question I had they were so sweet and treated me great. I would recommend Eden apartment to anyone. The noise is good you don’t hear much and the apartments are so nice. I have my teen daughter with me and she loves it here with the game room and jacuzzi. You’re great Eden Apartments Thankyou for your kindness and help.

|Recommended: YesEden is one of the better apartment choices in the area. — Although the rent a bit more than other locations it is worth the price. The apartments are beautiful and brand new with little to no issues. It is very sound proof, allowing us to feel at home and not worry about disturbing our neighbors with noise. It does have limited parking but overall it has been the best apartment complex.

|Recommended: YesAwesome Place to Live — I enjoy the apartment layout, and amenities. The parking lot is big enough I can always find a spot for my car. The management staff is friendly and courteous. The maintenance staff are kind and professional. I really enjoy the location, close to the free and on the edge of town.

|Recommended: YesReview — Insulation in the walls is not good, you can hear the water from the pipes so loudly coming down from the other floors- it seriously sounds like it could break a pipe and flood our apartment. Staff is nice and there are great amenities. Overall, great.

|Recommended: YesProperty is great, Maintenance always prompt — We can usually hear the people upstairs walking or running around, it makes our doors rattle if they're closed. Aside from that and people not picking up their dog poop, it has been incredible

|Recommended: YesThe Eden is super nice- great environment for newlyweds families — We absolutely love living at the Eden. The management is very friendly and the maintenance team is very quick to fix any issues. The overall atmosphere is great and the amenities make it fun for having friends over. It's been a great apartment complex to live at- the wards are great, the neighbors are nice, and the layouts are perfect. They are also pet friendly which has made it fun and easy to expand our family while living here. There's lot to do at the Eden and that's why it's a perfect place to live
