|Recommended: YesIt's a lovely and well kept apartment complex. — Living here at eden has been wonderful. We haven't had any problems. The staffs are friendly. Any questions or request we had in the past were responded and resolved quickly. The complex itself is always clean and well maintained. All the appliances within the apartment work great there hasn't been any issues.

|Recommended: YesBest place we've lived so far — We have really enjoyed living here at Eden Apartments. Anytime we've had a problem, they have fixed it promptly. The grounds are always kept clean and nice. We have loved using the gym, clubhouse, grills, free printing, and hot tub. We have loved the fact that it is dog friendly as well. Our covered parking has also been nice, I would suggest getting that because we have experienced times where it has been very difficult to find an open parking space. We also can hear our neighbors sometimes, but I think that just comes with living in an apartment. We have lived at a few other places, but Eden has definitely been our favorite. It is on the more expensive side, but we feel it's been worth it for us.

|Recommended: YesI absolutely love the modern layout — I have loved the space and modern style. My only complaint is that you can hear neighbors walking above you all the time as well as occasional talking. Everyone is super helpful and friendly.

|Recommended: YesDefiantly good it feels welcoming — Parking is okay but I would recommend getting a paid parking spot so you don't have to walk a ways to your building. Overall this apartment complex is amazing and the people here are friendly.

|Recommended: YesEden — I have really loved the Azalea that I am currently living in. It is just the right size for me and my small dog. When we take a walk the property is always clean. I really love the amenities that they have to offer. The staff has also been very accommodating and make it feel like a close knit community by knowing you personally. My overall experience has been wonderful.

|Recommended: YesEden is everything you hoped it would be and more — The staff is absolutely amazing and very kind They get back to you and answer the phones all the time. It is very dog friendly which is a plus and everyone who lives here has been so welcoming and nice to us. The hazel layout is the best apartment layout I have seen or lived in. I love how open it is and it is so nice how you can be making dinner in the kitchen and then talking to friends in the living room at the same time

|Recommended: YesGood Space and Good Amenities — Living here is great. The amenities are definitely the greatest part of living here. Hot tubs and grills, as well as the clubhouse are excellent.

|Recommended: YesWe love Eden — We’ve lived here at Eden for about a year and a half now, and we love it All the staff are always super helpful and friendly. The apartments have been perfect for our little family. My favorite features are the balcony that provides tons of natural light, and the deep soaking bathtub. And my husband loves the high ceilings and tall shower perfect for a 6’ 4” guy
We wouldn’t want to be living anywhere else in Rexburg
