|Recommended: YesHome Sweet Home — I have LOVED living here at Eden Apartments This place is pet and family friendly in the good way laughing children on the playground, no disturbances, safe and secure, and tenants are mindful about picking up after their pets. The amenities are wonderful and convenient, the staff members are extremely friendly and resourceful they feel like your second family. The only inconvenience for me personally is having upstairs neighbors who seem to stomp when they walk, but I feel that this may be localized to just my experience with my upstairs neighbors. Other surrounding neighbors have pets and children and I don't hear a thing from them. Regardless, I have loved my time here at Eden Apartments and plan on staying for as long as this phase of life keeps me.

|Recommended: YesTons of Space — Apartments utilize all of the square footage available in your apartment. The kitchen and living room make the space feel like you are in a comfy and large home. bedrooms and walk-in closet are convenient and roomy.

|Recommended: YesGreat Place to call home — living at eden is great, the apartments are nice, clean, and spacious, community is friendly. my only complaint is the lack of open parking now that they have included more covered spots. im sure this will only get more difficult as the snow begins to come.

|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — The apartments are spacious, even the one bedroom ones The staff is very friendly and helpful. The amenities are perfect. We haven't heard a single noise from any of our neighbors in the year we've been here. Parking does get a little hard to find in the winter with all of the snow. Maintenance is always quick and thorough. Overall love living at Eden, will probably live here until we move from Rexburg

The staff are great to work with and super helpful. The apartments themselves feel new and clean. I love the layout and the high ceilings.

|Recommended: YesHands down the best place we’ve lived in Rexburg — This is hands down the best place we have lived in Rexburg. The apartments are beautiful, the amenities are fantastic, and the office staff have been extremely responsive and helpful. I don’t think we have had an issue that hasn’t been resolved by staff the same day. We’ve lived here a little over 6 months and just love it.

|Recommended: YesClean, Modern, and a great home feel — I have only been living here for almost a month now by this is by far better than the apartments we moved from. The grounds are cleaned and landscaped regularly, our apartment is more private we cannot hear our neighbors conversations , the management is always so incredibly caring and helpful, the amenities are amazing, and the people here have been very friendly We love that these apartments feel more like a home than a typical apartment does and we are able to customize our apartment with decorations to make it feel even more homey. Such a great community

|Recommended: YesIt is well organized — The grounds are well kept and the staff are friendly. A majority of parking is covered which needs to be paid extra for. Housing quality is very nice. Rent was raised. In all, the community has a positive feel.
