|Recommended: YesWe are so happy and comfy here at Eden. There’s no stopping snow and ice but the maintenance people are doing their level best to curb it. I noticed the icicles that formed overnight after a fast thaw followed by a fast freeze. They came over when I called and got me out of that icy ness. Yesterday out of the blue I noticed they had cleared the icicles and chopped the ice at my garage door so I could get in and out. If they sold apartments here, we’d never move, and don’t have plans to move any time soon. I love the amenities, the garage is giant, but the people here...I love these people who care about each other and their residents. Excellent place of peace and comfort for me. Thanks to all the staff and especially the Ice Squad maintenance guys

|Recommended: YesThe best apartments in Rexburg — The application process is easy because the managers are nice and willing to answer any questions you may have. We love that it is ESA and pet friendly with pet waste areas by every building. You honestly could not find a better management anywhere. They also have great community amenities hot tub, workout area, study rooms, club house with a full kitchen and games You won't regret living here

|Recommended: YesFeels Like Home — We have lived at Eden for about three months and we have loved every minute. It feels like a home which is what we were looking for. The staff has always been friendly and nice. We love how we don't hear our neighbors and how spacious our apartment is

|Recommended: YesClean and comfortable — Eden is clean and comfortable. You can hear your neighbors pretty easily but the staff handles your concerns effectively. The covered parking spots are extremely helpful to keep your car clear and accessible.

|Recommended: YesEden is 5 out of 5 Stars — Love living here, just wish our neighbors were respectful of quite hours. Staff is wonderful and apartment complex is beautiful. Parking lot stays icy for most of the winter why we only gave 3 5 stars if location has no sun no means used to melt ice, reason might be less damaging to property environment

|Recommended: YesGreat property, with some noisy neighbors. — We hate living in apartments but if we had to choose one to live in it would be here at Eden The staff is great and they keep the grounds so clean and nice Our only issues have come from our neighbors being loud, and the issues with minimal parking.

|Recommended: YesIt is beautiful — I wasn't expecting putting all these stars up there but when something is good, it is good. We love this place. It is very comfortable, we love the amenities, my wife thinks the apartment is soundproofed lol. The staff here, they’re really nice, professional and very friendly. Great space and we love the apartment layout.

|Recommended: YesVery Happy — We do like it hear The only downfall is it’s very noisy in our complex after 10pm, which happens to be quite hour and we can hear EVERYTHING our upper neighbors do, all day and all night. Some days it sounds like they are stomping around in a pair of boots that are to big for them.
We are so sorry to hear about the noise from your upstairs neighbors. We would love to help the situation the best we can, we will reach out and see if this can be resolved as soon as possible!
