|Recommended: YesAmazing Apartments — Eden is an amazing place to live. The cleanliness and overall quality of these apartments are incredible. There are never parking spots for the actual tenants and makes it hard especially on weekends when everyone brings a thousand guests to the hot tubs. Other than that it is an amazing apartment complex

|Recommended: YesFirst review — It's a nice place to live. Really nice staff and maitinance crew A few complications with some of the construction quality in the apartment. The fire extinguisher was just mounted into the drywall and fell down under its weight, and then the light fixture fell down randomly while we were away thankfully it landed on the bed and didn't break besides those things it's a great place to live

|Recommended: YesBeen here two months — Eden is a nice place to be at this time. The property buildings are still new and the staff is quick to accommodate any maintenance needs and answer our questions. I appreciate staff trying to clear walkways of ice and snow. While there are plenty of trash bins around the parking lot, somehow there is still lots of garbage on the ground and around the property. Animal and kid friendly place, though tenants don't seem to keep their dogs on leashes very often or pick up after their pets on the grass or snow. Absolutely no recycling is available.
Hi Christopher, thank you for your review. We are so glad you love the apartments and the staff, we do appreciate you living here at Eden! With the snow melting we do see that more trash is showing up that was buried under the snow. We are doing our best to clean it up as soon as possible! Please let us know when you see a dog off their leash and/or not picking up after their pet and we will do our best to fix that right away. Please let us know if there is anything we can do the make your stay here at Eden even better!
|Recommended: YesLove it here — We love living here. They are great about keeping the side walks clear of ice and snow. We live next to the jacuzzies so it can get pretty loud at night but we can't ever hear our neighbors. The property management actually makes you feel like you are being heard and get things done in a timely manner.

|Recommended: YesA great place to live — We have absolutely loved living here so far One thing we have noticed, is the amount of people in the hot tubs and in the parking spots that do not actually live here. It makes it hard to find parking and enjoy the hot tubs because there will be groups of 10 or more who do not actually live here. Other than that it has been amazing The staff is wonderful and so helpful, and the quality of everything is impeccable

|Recommended: YesEden Apts Review — I really enjoy living here. The maintenance crew is great at cleaning up the sidewalks as well as other tasks. The reception staff is very prompt with addressing questions as well as helping with anything I have needed. Lastly, the apartment is high quality and I would recommend Eden apartments to anyone looking for housing in the Rexburg area.

|Recommended: YesGreat apartments — We have loved Eden so far The staff is very prompt and kind, and the amenities are really nice. Our apartment is bright and clean, and we are really happy to be here, and our dog loves it too The only problem we have so far is that when the wind is really strong, it will come in through the gaps in the window frame and make loud whooshing and rattling sounds. It rarely happens though, so it's not a huge problem. Eden is great, and we are loving it here

|Recommended: YesSo Far So Good — I have lived here since October and have loved it so far The only thing I do not like is the noise that comes from the jacuzzies we live in an apartment literally right next to them . This winter the sidewalks have always been clear No ice to slip on what so ever It is the best place I have live so far in Rexburg
