|Recommended: YesLuke Came to fix my garbage disposal and was so thorough and very friendly. He came quickly and even asked if there was anything else he could do while he was there. Hope we get him each time we have a Maintenance concern

|Recommended: YesGreat Apartments to Live In — Overall, there isn't much to complain about, however, my biggest complaint would be the parking. It can be very challenging finding a parking spot whenever I get home. All of the car ports are currently taken, and I've had to park on the other side of the complex sometimes in order to find an empty spot. I see a lot of college kids who don't live here taking up all of the spots by my apartment which can be very frustrating.
Sometimes I can hear my neighbors, but that isn't too often and it's generally very quiet. So far, I've really liked my apartment and would recommend it.
Hi Spencer,
Thank you for your review! We apologize for the difficulty you are facing with our parking lots. We would love to help you get a carport so you can have a spot closer to where you live. Please feel free to call our office or come in to chat with us about what carports are available.
Thank you!

|Recommended: YesEden Apartments Review — After living at Eden for several months now, I can say I truly love it The quality of the building appliances always amaze me. Although I can hear my neighbors dogs barking occasionally, I am still very satisfied with the noise canceling qualities of this complex. The grounds are always clean and beautiful, and the staff checks in on us to make sure we are satisfied and have no issues. Thank you for providing such a wonderful place to live

|Recommended: YesAdore Eden Apartments — My husband and I have been wanting to live here for over a year and we finally are able to The apartments are to die for There really isn’t much competition with other complexes nearby for price or quality. The only thing that kept my husband and I away for a bit was just the distance from campus, but really it isn’t much of a problem at all. If you are trying to look for a quality apartment, this company will be your best bet in Rexburg
