Eden’s Waitlist-image

At Eden Apartments, we are a community housing community, which means people are moving in and out all the time. Many of our future residents like to plan ahead, and our waitlist makes it easy to do just that. For example, let’s say you are hoping to move in April 2026. The first step is to explore your favorite floorplans on our website. On the photos and tour tab, you can even take a 3D tour of the apartment to get a real feel for the space. When you are ready, come visit us in person! We would love to show you the ins and outs of your future home. Eden’s waitlist works a little differently than other apartments in Rexburg. Instead of everyone waiting for one specific apartment to open up, we have several apartments become available each month. Our leases are flexible, and residents provide us with their 60-day notice when they are ready to move out. That is when we know exactly which apartments will be available. To join the waitlist, simply submit your application, pay the security deposit of $250, and the application fee of $40 per applicant over the age of 18. We will then add you to the waitlist for your preferred floorplan. As soon as a unit matching your preference becomes available, we will give you a call. You are also welcome to check in with us occasionally, but please keep in mind that we cannot guarantee availability, and typically we know about which apartments will open up about 60 days before your approximate move-in date. If you have any questions or want help getting on the waitlist, please call our leasing office. We are happy to walk you through the process and help you plan your move to Eden Apartments.

Package Delivery Etiquette: Avoiding Spring Mix-Ups-image

Spring brings sunshine, flowers, and—let’s be honest—a lot of online shopping. With more deliveries on the way, it’s a good time to review a few package delivery tips to keep things smooth and stress-free at Eden Apartments. Where Your Mail Goes All standard mail is delivered by USPS directly to your assigned mailbox in the clubhouse mailroom. When you move in, you're given two mail keys to access your box. If you're having trouble with your keys or need a replacement, stop by the leasing office and we’ll be happy to help. Please remember: the mailboxes and parcel lockers are property of the U.S. Postal Service. This means USPS manages delivery and access—so if there are issues with your package or a misdelivered letter, you’ll want to reach out directly to your local post office. What Are Parcel Lockers? Parcel lockers are extra-secure mailboxes designed for packages that are too big to fit in your standard mailbox. If USPS delivers a package that doesn’t fit in your mailbox, they’ll place it in a parcel locker and leave a special key in your box. That key will open the parcel locker holding your package. Larger Packages? Delivered to Your Door If a package is too large for even the parcel locker, or if it’s being shipped through FedEx, UPS, or Amazon, it will be delivered directly to your apartment door. Be sure to include your apartment number on all deliveries so drivers can find you without delay. Important Reminder: The Office Does Not Accept Packages To keep everything organized and ensure your packages end up in your hands, please note that the leasing office does not accept or hold packages for residents. This includes mail, parcels, groceries, or other deliveries. A Few Final Tips for Smooth Deliveries: Always include your full name and apartment number when ordering. Track your packages and collect them promptly after delivery. Contact the delivery service directly if you’re missing a package—they can often provide photo confirmation or delivery updates. Thanks for helping us keep the community running smoothly. Here’s to an organized, mix-up-free season of springtime deliveries!
